What we make, and why
Tomorrowill is a hardware invention company founded and run by Colton Terry. It exists to do one thing: notice a small, daily friction, and design a physical product that quietly removes it.
That means fewer products, made more carefully. Each one has to earn its place in your bag — by working every day without asking for anything, and by looking right while it does.
Good products don’t ask for attention.
They remove a reason to think about something.

LapZap is the first product to carry the Tomorrowill name. It won’t be the last. New inventions move slowly here, on purpose — nothing ships until it’s something we’d carry ourselves.

A laptop case with wireless charging built into the lid. Your phone charges from your laptop’s own battery — no pad, no cable, nothing extra to carry.
How it works
A thin charging coil sits inside the lid of the case, positioned where a phone naturally rests when you set it beside your work. It draws a small amount of power from the laptop’s battery and passes it to the phone wirelessly.
There’s no pairing, no app, and no ritual. Close the laptop, set the phone on the lid, and it’s charging. Pick it up, and it stops. Designed and fitted for MacBook.
01 — Charging
The cable you forgot at home stops being a problem. Anywhere your laptop goes — a café table, a flight tray, a library desk — is now a place your phone can charge.
It’s the top-up you didn’t have to plan: your phone gains charge in the background while you work, simply because you set it down.
02 — Protection
Before it’s a charger, it’s a case — a slim, precise-fitting shell that guards the lid and edges from the daily life of a bag: keys, zippers, corners, other people’s laptops.
The charging hardware adds almost nothing to the profile. If you didn’t know it was there, you’d just call it a good case.
03 — Power
LapZap doesn’t add another battery to your life. It borrows a little from the large one you already keep charged — your laptop’s — and moves it to the small one that runs out first.
The draw is modest by design: enough to meaningfully top up a phone, small enough that your laptop barely notices.

Design
The shell is matte and quiet, with softened edges and a fit tuned to the specific MacBook it’s made for. The coil placement is marked only by use — you learn where the phone goes on day one, and never think about it again.
Where LapZap stands
LapZap launched once before, through a small crowdfunding campaign that never reached the people it was made for. The design held up. The marketing didn’t.
The product is real and the thinking behind it is finished. What it needs now is the right path to market — which is why Tomorrowill is openly talking with partners about licensing, distribution, and acquisition.
